DMG Radio has announced the appointment of Jacqui Kassulke as Music Director in the lead up to the launch of Nova 919 in Adelaide. Kassulke joins Paul Bartlett, joint GM of 919 and FIVEaa; Program Director, Jason Staveley; Promotions & Marketing Director, Mel Van Deventer; Agency Client Manager, Deane Goodwill; Client Director, Bronwyn Klei; and Hayden Else, who is the first staffer to be announced for 919.

After launching the new Morning Crew with Todd and Ange, 105.7 The River has appointed Carol McCormack to the 10-2 slot from Tuesday. Nightmix and High School Reunion host, Robin Bailey, has taken maternity leave, meaning the two night shows will be hosted by Stuey Paton. And, Program Director and 2-6 host, Phil Bradley, will marry Sales Account Manager, Allison Crofts next October in Albury.

Hot 30 Countdown co-host, The LabRat, has moved to mornings on 2Day FM. Alexis will continue on the Countdown with new co-presenter, Dave 'Higgo' Higgins, who returns to Sydney from Triple M in Adelaide. Adam 'AB' Barrett moves out of mornings to focus on his Assistant Music Director role, but remains station floater.

DMG has appointed Sean Ryan as General Manager of its yet to be launched new Brisbane station, NOVA 106.9. The outgoing DMG Regional General Manager – Northern Group will start on 1 September.

NX FM Newcastle's "Crispy" (aka Chris Page) is off to 5 Triple M Adelaide to host the afternoon show. Replacing Crispy in afternoons on NX FM is Danno (Dan Cassin) who moves from Drive to make way for the Kyle and Jackie O show. Kyle and Jackie O are now back on air on all the east coast Today network stations, 2Day FM, the Fox, B105, SAFM and now NX FM.

Chris Coleman has moved on from his role as Executive Producer for ABC Western Plains and presenter of the ABC NSW Regional afternoon
show to his new job as RPM of ABC Riverina. He's been in their Wagga Wagga offices for a couple of weeks, but in an off-air role, gearing up for a return to the airwaves on ABC Riverina breakfast from Monday. He stated that it's nice to be living in the area again.
