Christian O’Connell has resigned from his breakfast shift at Absolute Radio UK, bound for a gig outside the UK. On his facebook page he wrote: “Although I am headed somewhere abroad, I will be still doing what I love, radio… Its been the hardest decision of not just my career but life… Over the last 12 years Absolute Radio has given me something truly special, the freedom to carve out my little place in the morning… I’m leaving for a really big new adventure for me and my family…”
