Triple J’s Hottest 100 voting opens

Voting is now open in the 2002 Triple J Hottest 100. The station is on the hunt for the Hottest 100 songs of the year. Listeners can vote is via the Triple J website.

There are over 500 songs listed from 2002 to help jog the memory,
and listeners can vote as many times as they like (for different songs).

One lucky voter will be in the running to win two tickets to the new music festival called COACHELLA taking place in April in Palm Springs California, USA. Last year’s concert lineup included The Vines, Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, Oasis, The Prodigy, Cake, Jurassic 5, Cornershop, Queens of the Stoneage, Sasha & Digweed, Groove Armada, and many more. Ripper. This year’s lineup is still being finalised.

Triple J will announce the winner of the prize just after the number one song, when the station plays the HOTTEST 100 list on Sunday January 26th. Voting closes 5pm Friday January 24th.
