Journalist, Tracey Spicer, was critical of commercial radio as an industry that deals poorly with sexual harrassment in the work place.
She told the RadioAlive conference "I’ve worked across all the mediums, and some of the most toxic workplaces I’ve worked in have been in commercial radio, and I think that’s a terrible shame"
