Macquarie Radio takes over 2KY news

It was announced to 2GB staff this morning that the station is taking over providing news for 2KY from 2SM.

Macquarie Director News and Current Affairs Jason Morrison told radioinfo: “2GB/CH news is the most resourced commercial news organisation in Sydney and we’re flattered that 2KY has decided to make the change. All the team is looking forward to making it work for our new client.”

“We’re confident that Macquarie National news will be a perfect fit on 2KY. It’s great to have them on board!”
