4BH 882 hosts Moyd Kay & Loretta Ryan surprised legendary singer songwriter Leo Sayer with a birthday cake and a chorus of staff who sang ‘Happy 60th Birthday” when Leo dropped in for a visit to the 4BH 882 Breakfast Show yesterday.

Leo who has over a dozen international hits to his name is currently promoting his new album “Don’t Wait until Tomorrow” in which he takes a fresh yet reflective, quiet and introspective look at many of his chartbusting songs.

“The cake and card left an otherwise very chatty Leo Sayer speechless” said Loretta.
Moyd said “He’s gotta be one of the most friendly and down to earth superstars ever. It’s no wonder he’s chosen to become a real Aussie next year and his stories from a bloke who is done it all in music are endless”

While he didn’t commit to supporting any team for Origin tomorrow night he is a regular guest of Russell Crowe’s at Rabbitohs games. We hope the new album does better.
