Australian Radio Network today announced Lena Rapley will relocate from the Sydney office to Melbourne to take on the role of Group Sales Manager.

Lena joined ARN in 2010 and has played a key role in developing ARN’s strong agency offering in the Sydney market over the past six years. Lena brings a wealth of experience and a track record for developing strong relationships with agencies and clients.
 
Lena will begin her role on July 25 and her collaborative style, knowledge of ARN, and desire to develop strong teams will make for a seamless transition to the Melbourne office. Stephen Leeds, Melbourne Agency Sales Director said, “Lena brings with her a wealth of experience and an ability to develop strong relationships with our agencies partners and clients, supporting our ambition to be first in Melbourne for agencies.”
 
Matt Granger, National Agency Sales Director said, “Lena has played a significant role in developing ARN’s agency offering and performance in the Sydney market over the last 6 years. Melbourne is a key priority market for ARN, and Lena’s move to Melbourne represents ARN’s commitment to deliver upon our customer first ambitions.”  
 
Of her appointment to the new Melbourne role Lena said, “While it’s with a little sadness I leave our great Sydney team and clients, I’m really excited by the chance to work with the Melbourne team and continue the momentum they have in market. Lena has worked in the radio industry for a number of years, including working two years working at The Radio Network before moving to ARN in Sydney. Lena has won an ACRA for Best Metro Agency Salesperson and was part of the team that won an ACRA for Best Multi Media Execution for IKEA.
