ABC shock jock Jon Faine has again refused to correct the public record over false claims about a Herald Sun photographer.
Last Thursday, Faine claimed Herald Sun photographer Jake Nowakowski had “co-operated with vigilantes” with baseball bats at Wyndham Vale train station.
