Hot Tomato testing on air

Gold Coast Hot Tomato station began on-air tests today after weeks of loading music into the new RCS playout system, recruiting staff, briefing clients and finalising the building.

The format of the test broadcast is thought to be somewhat different from what the station will do once it formally launches soon.

Hot Tomato is heard on FM 102.9 on the Queensland Gold Coast and surrounding areas. Air Media Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane has been appointed as the station’s National Sales arm.
