DCL suspended from trading

DCL shares have been suspended from trade on the Stock Exchange because the company did not lodge its full year accounts in accordance with the listing rules.

A statement by the company said the delay was “pending an announcement of its restructuring strategy.”

The new strategy “will require amendments to the disclosures contained in the 2003 Annual report.”

The company intends to lodge its accounts after the disclosures have been amended and should be able to trade again at that time.
