“When everything changes in an instant” is the story of Andrew Hall, a young man from Hawks Nest who became a paraplegic after falling from a balcony on Australia Day last year. The judges thought that the piece was ‘outstanding’ and a ‘worthwhile amazing story that was emotive and used the medium to dramatic effect’.
