Joe Camilleri offers his Harley & Rose Gibson Guitar to raise funds for Triple R

In an incredible act of generosity, singer-songwriter/musician Joe Camilleri has donated his Harley & Rose Gibson J200 1964 guitar to Triple R to raise funds for this year’s critically important Radiothon.
The guitar graces the cover of The Black Sorrows’ legendary 1990 Harley & Rose album and is a piece of Australian music history.

Stephen ‘The Ghost’ Walker, Triple R’s Program Manager for 14 years and volunteer presenter at the station for 37 years, passed away on Wednesday 3 July 2019 after a short battle with cancer
Instrumental in shaping the sound of Triple R during the late ’80s and ’90s his on-air persona as the Ghost Who Talks in the Skull Cave every Friday between 4pm to 7pm established a huge following over more than three decades.

From April 24th to 30th, Triple R's 10pm shows will all present their programs live from the Triple R Performance Space and take you on a nocturnal excursion into beating heart of Australia’s independent music scene.
