Keysar Trad, 2GB court battle continues

A defamation case brought by Muslim community spokesman Keysar Trad against Sydney radio station 2GB will be subjected to more legal tests after the High Court ruled partially in favour of both parties. Since 2005 Mr Trad and 2GB have been battling it out in the courts about whether Mr Trad was defamed by broadcaster Jason Morrison on 2GB just after the Cronulla riots. The case was sparked when Mr Morrison called Mr Trad a dangerous, disgraceful racist who incites people to violence, reports ABC News.
