2GO is gone, along with Sea FM and Gold FM

Southern Cross Austereo’s Central Coast stations, 2GO and Sea FM, and the Gold Coast’s Gold FM, officially rebrand today, Friday November 8.
Last month, it was announced that SCA would continue the rollout of its rebrand strategy with Gold 92.5 becoming Goldie’s 92.5 Triple M and 107.7 2GO becoming Central Coast’s 107.7 Triple M and the Central Coast’s 101.3 Sea FM rebranding to Central Coast’s Hit101.3.

Greg Henry marks 25 years in radio

NOW FM’s Greg Henry, has notched up 25 years in radio, beginning as a part of the AFTRS’s radio class of 1994 before getting his first job as Production Manager at 3TR, Traralgon in the first week of November that year.
Since then he has worked across the country at 5MMM Adelaide, 4MK/HOT FM Mackay, 2GGG Gunnedah and 2NM/Power FM Muswellbrook.

On Friday 8th November, two iconic brands on the Central Coast, 2GO and Sea FM disappear, rebranded Central Coast’s 107.7 Triple M and Central Coast’s Hit101.3 respectively.
Further up the coastline, The Gold Coast’s Gold 92.5 will become Goldie’s 92.5 Triple M.

Shad Wicker to join Central Coast’s 2GO

Shad Wicker will join Mandy Coolen for breakfast on the Central Coast’s 2GO in 2019.
Shad, who has been with Hit103.5 Cairns for the past three years, will make the move back home to the Central Coast.

No Brainer, the collaboration between DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Chance The Rapper & Quavo gained 193 spins in this last week according to the Aircheck National Radio Survey.

In only its second week, the 17 stations that jumped on board all upped their spin rotation.

Meantime Dani Torresan and Jason Matthews were entertaining the north of the state, broadcasting their breakfast show across RG Capital's 7LA (Launceston), 7AD (Devonport) 7BU
(Burnie) and 7SD (Scottsdale).
