2004 AFTRS' graduate, Lachlan Kitchen, has taken on the role of Assistant Music Director at i98fm, where he has been working as weekend jock/floater, helping i98fm reclaim #1 on weekends.

James Clothier, who completed the AFTRS PD's course in 2004, has accepted the Program Directors position at 3GG/SEA FM in Warragul. James finishes hosting WA Today on the Radiowest Network in Western Australia (where he was also Network Operations) on Friday the 8th of April.

Ross Kay is now the drive and Hot 20 announcer for Eagle FM in Goulburn, having been the Commercial Producer and afternoon
announcer after graduating from Swinburne University's Graduate Diploma in Commercial Radio in 2003. The new producer is Brett Coombe.

4BC General Manager David McDonald gets back from leave on Monday to find he has no producer on the John Miller / Ross Davie breakfast show. Chris Hague who was the producer at 4BC now moves to 973fm along with Mark Hine who takes the place of morning presenter Paul Campion - he can be heard in the evenings from 6pm.

Justin Lake is the new Music Director/Drive Announcer at MIX 1049 in Darwin. He is not unfamilair with the Territory, having cut his teeth in Community Radio in Gove many years ago. Justin Joins MIX 1049 from his Breakfast role at Kool FM in Innisfail.

Chris Urquhart heads to Nova from Sydney where he has spent the past two years with 2Day and Triple M, hitting the pavement as an on-the-road reporter.

Leah Goodman is leaving behind the miserable weather in Canberra to join Nova from FM 104.7. Fortunately Jen, Chris and Leah all share the view of News Director Lisa Herbert that it's never too early in the morning to eat chocolate! The fun will start shortly when Jen, Chris and Leah draw straws to see which one of them gets to regularly set their alarm for 3am!

HIs programme 5-4-3-2-1 will contain uptempo hits from England,USA and Australia from 1960-1989 plus some oddities such as favourite radio jingles from stations no longer in existence as he salutes the penetrating signalof what was AM radio. A whole lot of party fun including erotic phone calls from listeners.
