The Brisbane Advertising Association has voted Nicole Halfweeg its first female president. She is the newly appointed Strategic Client Marketing Manager for Austereo Brisbane, and has been with Triple M and B105 for four years.

Two casual announcers and street team dudes from Nova969 in Sydney, Fridgy and Matt, now have a show at 8pm-10pm Sunday nights at Star1045 on the NSW Central Coast. The stars of the Fridgy and Matt show, will be Fridgy and Matt, and the show will ironically be called 'The Fridgy and Matt show".

Greg Allen, formerly of FM103.2 in Sydney and a bunch of Victorian country stations, has replaced the 30 year veteran Harold Pratt on Breakfast at 3SH Swan Hill, as of yesterday!

Vicki Kerrigan has left Radio National to produce Vega's Melbourne breakfast show. Sian Prior is hosting the afternoon arts and music show 'The Deep End' until a permanent replacement is found.

Not-so world famous comedians Simon Kennedy and Steve Philp's "The Show With No Name" exists no more on Nova 969. A new Saturday morning brekky show kicks off Saturday, September 17 - "Kennedy and Philp" every Saturday morning from 7 - 9.

After more than twenty years with the 7 Network, Jamie Martinovich is making the switch to Nova 937 as Sales Manager. Meanwhile, Promotions Manager, Rachael Speight, has been promoted to Promotions and Marketing Director. She will replace Tanya Simpson as Promotions and Marketing Director of Nova 100.

Emergency spray tanning sessions have been booked and the snowy white pair will start on HOT FM week commencing September 19. During their time at Snow FM, they have also fulfilled roles as Program Director, Music Director, Receptionist, Snow Reporter, Promotions Director, Cleaner, Mouse Catcher and No 1 fans of the Jindabyne Piglets Under 10 Rugby Union Team ( Go Piggies!)
