Sebastian Bustamante is leaving his Panel Operator role at 2CC in Canberra and trying his hand at Television. He has accepted a position at Southern Cross Ten as a Video Tape Ingest Operator. He begins work there on Monday October 17. He previously worked at 104.7/MIX 106.3 Canberra as a Production Assistant before joining 2CC in May 2004.

Simon Robson is leaving the 2DayFM and Triple M Newsroom to join the 2UE weekday breakfast news team.

Anthony Peridis has accepted the role of Sports Producer on Sunrise effective from the 3rd of October, leaving behind Fox Sports News where he was a reporter. Previously he was on Ray Hadley's Continuous Call team and was EP of Sportszone with Andrew Moore on 2GB. He replaces Luke Doherty who is leaving for personal reasons.

Kurt Fulepp will be leaving his role of Promotions Co-ordinator at 2UE in a couple of weeks. He has accepted a position working in the Promotions Department at Channel 9.

702 ABC announcer Virginia Trioli has signed to appear on ABC TV's new arts program 'Sunday Arts'.

MIX FM announcer Nick Michaels can now also be heard in Brisbane at ARN station 4KQ. He replaces the local program that was previously headed by Dave D Whitcomb.

Cameron Marlow has moved from Copy writter/ announcer at 5CC Port Lincoln to Creative at FiveAA Adelaide. He was a past graduate of David Day's Australian Radio School. Other recent placements from the school have been Wendy Holt to Coast FM WA and Andy Conlon, now at5 Triple M production in Adelaide.

Sasha Higlett has moved to breakfast to read the news for Triple M's 'The Cage' in Sydney.  Sasha has also been appointed Assistant News Director at Austereo's Triple M and 2DayFM.

Graham Dick has resigned as General Manager Radio 2ME / NTC Networks after one year and is leaving the radio industry for new ventures. Dick said that it had been a interesting experience learning about the Arabic community and that it was time to move on.

Laura Tchilinguirian has been appointed News Director at Melbourne's ARN stations, MIX 101.1 FM and GOLD 104. She has most recently been working at Nova Melbourne as well as Vega.

Derek Nelson has been appointed Events/Promotions Manager with FM1032 - The Heart of Sydney and starts on Monday, 26th September.
Derek's previous experience includes communications and PR consultancy for various sporting publications and Media Projects Management for the Australian Rugby Union.

From Monday, Sarah Macdonald is the guest presenter on Radio National's 'Life Matters'. Sarah is the former host of Bush Telegraph and a former presenter of various programs for Triple J.

Real FM in Mudgee has welcomed former journo Tim Allan into the 10 - 2 shift. In the few weeks he's been there, he's turned the town on its head with his war on fuel prices and surprised his co-workers with his inventive fashion. Mark Vale has filled the journalist position and the 12 - 2 on-air gig on 2MG. He replaces Kelly Fedor who's moved to Albury.
