One of 3AW’s most-loved characters is heading home.

Rex Hunt will return to the station in 2017 to host a new football talkback program in a major boost to 3AW’s top-rating AFL coverage.

 The program, Rexospective, will recap the latest football news and give Victorians a chance to continue the football conversation.
 
“I’m just absolutely delighted to come back,” Hunt said. “It’s a wonderful opportunity to come home and rub shoulders with the people I’m most comfortable with.”
