SCA releases 2013 online results

Southern Cross Austereo increased Australian Monthly Unique Visitors by 290% in 2013, to 2.1 million. 

The Today Network’s traffic also increased impressively, by 196% from 2012 to 1.6 million. 

The other high SCA achiever was the Triple M Network, which increased their traffic by 180%, to 563,107. 

Mix 94.5 & Localworks increased their traffic by 62%, to 74,773. 

The top 3 Australian mobile radio brands were: 
1. The Today Network – 42%
2. Novafm.com.au – 26%
3. Triple M Network – 19%

SCA was also the 14th biggest mobile publisher in Australia, in between Mamamia and CBS Interactive, with Fairfax Media coming in first. SCA has 70,652 average faily UBs. 

In December they had 62% reach of the total commercial radio unique audience, with DMG radio coming second with 29%. This was an increase of 8% from November for SCA. 

On Facebook and Twitter respectively, SCA had a 73% and 72% of the commercial radio social media market. This was calculated in terms of likes and followers. 

DMG radio did however beat SCA in terms of the share of social video views – with 51.2 million to 33.28 million.
