With so many high profile stars in his network taking the Ice Bucket Challenge, it was inevitable that Southern Cross Austereo CEO Rhys Holleran would eventually be nominated.

Holleran took the challenge today in Shepparton, with the enthusiastic help of Star FM breakfast duo Tommy & Stace, who were keen to see their big boss take a bath in ice cold water.

Holleran nominated three SCA executives named Nick as he passed on the challenge at the end of his icy start to the day.

Nick Scott and the company’s new CFO Nick McCechne will all now come face to face with a bucket full of ice water. Holleran told McCechne, who will take the challenge on his first day with the company, that it will be a good bonding exercise.
