Sarah Maree Cameron moves to afternoons at Nova 100

Sarah Maree Cameron will be nova 100’s new afternoon announcer in 2015.

With over seven years broadcasting experience, Sarah Maree got her start in commercial radio in Canada. She has travelled around Australia for radio roles at Nova 100, Star FM, K-Rock, Hot 100 Darwin and Sea FM Central Coast, and as host of several national music shows for metropolitan radio stations.

Cameron won an ACRA while hosting a nationally syndicated show on Truck Radio in Albury.

In 2013 Sarah Maree returned to Nova 100 as a weekend announcer and, after Kelli Paun’s decision to relocate to Sweden, has been appointed as Nova 100’s afternoon announcer for 2015.

Rohan Brown, Nova 100’s Program Director said, “Sarah Maree is an experienced broadcaster who has worked for multi stations, across all day parts. Her passion for music and natural on air demeanor has resonated with listeners and makes her the natural choice to take over afternoons in 2015.”

Sarah Maree is currently filling in for Nova 100’s Meshel & Tommy in breakfast over the Christmas break.
