RTRFM 92.1 to open and close Radiothon with two huge parties

Sets from Perth bands and DJs across multiple venues. 


RTRFM’s Radiothon Party for 2018 will be a ‘Choose your own adventure’, featuring two big opening and closing parties, with some of Perth’s best rock and roll bands performing on Saturday August 11 over three stages in the heart of East Perth at Badlands Bar. 

Each year, Radiothon raises funds for the station, with the money raised making up more than a third of RTRFM’s operating income.
 
The main room will see performances from New Talk, HEEBEEJEEBIES, Montana Wildhack, Dumbleachers, Noah Dillon and Skullcave, and in the side room, Filthgodess, Black Stone From The Sun, Ratking, Yomi Ship and Double Think Prism. 
 

Plus in the courtyard DJ’s Libby Noble (Out To Lunch), Casey Mclean (Drivetime), Jess Warriner (Get Up Morning) and Kailyn Crabbe (Snooze Button/ Homegrown) will keep the vibes high and get you dancing long into the night. 
 
An intimate Radiothon closing party at The Bird and Ezra Pound, on Saturday August 18th, will see live electronic sets from Elsewhere/ Rebecca, Bahasa Malay, Jamilla and Guy Contact alongside DJ Darcy Love (Bass Check). 

At Ezra Pound from 5pm catch Jonny ‘Fandango’ Hopper (El Ritmo), Claude Mono and Diger Rokwell from El RitmoDJ Girlname & Benj Ramsey (Out To Lunch), Hookup, Jack Dutrac and Allstate (Full Frequency).
