RN’s new program schedule begins

ABC Radio National has begun its new 2003 program schedule. As well as a change to breakfast presenter, the main
changes see a reworked weekday evening line-up.

Peter Thompson is back presenting Radio National Breakfast and Francis Leach has joined Radio National as the
host of a new evening program, The Deep End.

The popular daily reports – The Health Report (Monday), Law
Report (Tuesday), Religion Report (Wednesday) Media Report (Thursday) and
The Sports Factor (Friday) will be replayed at 8.00pm as well as their 8.30am timeslot. Asia Pacific will now be aired on Radio National at 5am, Tuesday to Friday.

The new Radio National evening line-up is:

8.00pm Daily Reports: Health (Mon), Law (Tue), Religion (Wed), Media
(Thur), Sports Factor (Fri)

8.35pm The Deep End with Francis Leach

9.45pm Book Reading

10.00pm Late Night Live with Phillip Adams (Mon to Thur), Sound Quality
with Tim Ritchie (Fri)

11.00pm The Planet with Lucky Oceans

Midnight DIG Internet Radio
