UPDATED: first survey of 2019 – results here.

Now that the final radio ratings survey results for 2018 have been released, stations will finally wind down for the Christmas break.

After the holiday break, it won’t be long before stations are back into survey mode.

The first metro survey for 2019 goes into the field on January 20th and runs until March 2nd. Results will be released on Tuesday March 12th.

The Gold Coast will be in survey from January 27th.

Canberra and Newcastle surveys will begin on February 3rd, with Newcastle being a blind survey. For blind surveys, the ‘in’ survey total period is fixed and known to the market (12 weeks) but the actual eight weeks of placement are selected at random and the dates withheld from the market.
