1041 Territory FM’s morning presenter Daryl Manzie is on leave so the station has recruited powerful line-up of NT politicians who no doubt will be keen to demonstrate that they could have a career in radio after politics. The station has also obtained the services of ex BBC Journalist James Sadler as anchor.

1041 Territory FM’s General Manager Peter Perrin has told radioinfo, “We had a few tense days during the recent political uncertainty in the Territory, we could have been going to the polls again, then our Program Manager would have been back to the drawing board. However Gerry Wood holding the balance of power sided with the Government in the no-confidence motion brought in parliament, so it was all go again. We’re very lucky to get these people, they are all very decent individuals who genuinely care about the Territory and its people, what’s more they are really interesting.
