PodcastDay Online latest speaker Josh Rivers: Register now

With less than 2 weeks to go until the first online podcast day, the last group of speakers is being announced.

The most recent to join the speaker lineup is Josh Rivers, creator and host of Busy Being Black, a podcast exploring how we live in the fullness of queer Black lives.

The show features conversations with those who have learned – and are learning – to thrive at the intersection of their identities, and is a growing compendium of queer Black voices in a podcast landscape with far too few. He is also the head of communications for UK Black Pride, Europe’s largest pride celebration for LGBTQ people of colour, and a communications consultant specialising in amplifying the work of people and organisations serving the LGBTQ community.

Podcast Day is a satellite event from the team that brings you Radiodays Europe each year. It was originally created in 2017, in response to the need to bring together the Podcast world in Europe.

This year’s event, to be held on 26 October, is virtual and accessible to anyone anywhere.

Other speakers include BBC Podcast producer Emma Conneely, Radio France International’s Anne Corpet, James Cridland, Matt Deegan, and a range of speakers from Europe and beyond.

The full program is available here.

The event is sponsored by Triton Digital.
