Nova has reported a fully franked dividend of $32.5m.
Nova Entertainment Radio Investments Pty Ltd has reported a fully franked dividend of $32.5 million for the year ending December 31 2017.
The dividend was paid to owner Lachlan Murdoch’s private investment company Illyria.
Nova’s net profit was $29.4 million, up from from $25.4 million last year.
Nova’s revenue increased by $8 million to $204.3 million, according to the company accounts submitted to ASIC.
Murdoch bought out DMG Trust’s share of the company in 2012 for $100 million.
