Pacific Star Network completes rights offer

SEN owner, Craig Hutchinson’s Pacific Star Network has been unable to get its $1.5 million rights offer fully subscribed.

Only $405,000 worth of shares taken up by shareholders.

The capital raising was to help fund the acquisition of 2CH from EON.

The remaining five million shares were issued to the underwriter Viburnum Funds.
