Nova Adelaide GM exits following changes to leadership structure

Nova Entertainment Adelaide GM Neil O’Reilly will exit the business at the end of June.

The decision follows changes to the leadership structure of Nova’s local Adelaide stations, with two senior leaders appointed to new positions at Nova 919 and FIVEaa.

O’Reilly joined Nova as Adelaide’s Financial Controller in August 2009, and was appointed General Manager for Nova 919 and FIVEaa in 2015

Current FIVEaa Program Director, Craig Munn has been appointed to the role of Station Manager FIVEaa and current Sales Director, Katie Bridges has been appointed to the new role of Commercial Director & Market Lead.
 
A Nova spokesperson told radioinfo ‘The reorganisation has been designed to ensure that the specific needs of each of the local stations’ clients and audiences are met.’
 
CEO Cathy O’Connor said “Neil has made a strong contribution to our Adelaide stations and has been a passionate about local listeners and local advertisers. We wish him the best  as the moves on to the next stage of his career…”
 
Neil O’Reilly said “I’ve had nothing but great experiences as leader of these two iconic Adelaide radio brands and I’m looking forward to a new challenge. Both Katie and Craig are well qualified to lead this next era of Nova Entertainment in Adelaide.”
