Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny’s Made for Melbourne event

Last night 300 guests attended Nova 100’s Chrissie, Sam & Browny first official industry function at a unique event space in Southbank in Melbourne.

The event designed to give guests a taste of the show and the team and guests were welcomed a modern arrangement of some of Nova hit songs performed by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

Nova 100 morning announcer and host of the Fresh 40, Jaben Ryan, took over hitting the DJ decks before the formalities began.

Hosted by NOVA Entertainment COO Louise Higgins, MC Tom Gleisner introduced and gave guests an insight into Nova’s new breakfast team – Chrissie Swan, Sam Pang and Jonathan Brown.

With The Horses playing (Browny’s go to karaoke song), Chrissie, Sam & Browny joined the legend himself, Daryl Braithwaite, on stage for the chorus of the classic song before Daryl belted out One Summer as the crowd sang and danced along.

While the cocktails flowed, Apparition Media painted a contemporary mural of Chrissie, Sam & Browny during the event. The night concluded with a high energy set by modern DJ rapper Matty Charles who got the crowd dancing.
