Noise festival seeking Music Correspondents

The Australian Music Radio Airplay Project (AMRAP) is looking for young Music Correspondents for the 2003 noise festival.

In October 2003, AMRAP will be putting Australia’s best young radio makers and music lovers on the Australian airwaves as part of the noise festival.

If you are selected to be part of the project you could be paid to work at your community radio station as a Music Correspondent and produce three radio packages about new Australian music for broadcast in the noise festival.

Community radio stations involved in the project will also receive a participation fee.

AMRAP is a contemporary music initiative funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Community Broadcasting Foundation and managed by the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia.

Details and application forms are at http://www.amrap.org and http://www.noise.net.au.
