Nine News the biggest radio user – Aircheck Survey

According to an Aircheck Survey, during the last month on radio, Nine News was the most advertised TV Brand with 843 instances across 19 stations and while Seven News aired spots across 22 stations it only totalled 541 ads, sending the brand to fourth place.

Channel Seven’s new dating programme, ‘Take Me Out’ was the second most advertised brand with 715 spots across 32 stations while ‘The Bachelor Australia’, set to air its finale tonight, in sixth place, airing 362 spots across 12 stations.

AirCheck Client Services Executive, Riarne Gale said “While 3AW Melbourne aired the most spots for Nine News, you were most likely to hear a spot for Take Me Out on Hit 92.9 Perth. As for The Bachelor Australia, 96FM Perth played 50 spots during this time”.

Looking at the Market Share of the Top 10 Brands, it was Channel 7 who had the biggest slice of airtime accounting for 37%, followed by Channel 10 with 27%.

Stan aired the most spots for Streaming/Subscription services, airing a massive 2,236 spots across only 12 stations nationwide.
 
Foxtel aired 1,150 spots across 27 stations with an additional 949 ads for their Sports HD Combo.
