Former DMG program executive Dan Bradley’s company, Watermark Media, has purchased 3GG in Gippsland Victoria from Resonate Broadcasting, the company whose shareholders include former SCA program executive Rex Morris and Guy and Sally Dobson. 

In a statement Dan Bradley, who is listed as the sole owner of his company said: 3GG is the first acquisition by Watermark Media, which has a growth strategy focused on further radio acquisitions, as and when suitable opportunities arise.

In its statement, Resonate said: The sale is the first step in a realignment of strategy for Resonate Broadcasting, with the company holding four licences in Queensland, and four licences on Hawaii’s Big Island.
With the sale of 3GG, Resonate Broadcasting will be looking at a number of potential growth opportunities.

The 3GG sale price was undisclosed.
