Simpson’s mega mogul Mr Burns is planning to buy up all the radio stations in Australia and have them voiced by just one announcer. He told radioinfo, during a brief appearance at the Radiofest in Melbourne, that the scheme may not be beneficial for everyone but it will certainly make a lot of money for him.

He also gave valuable advice for ambitious announcers hoping to land that one job – the last on air job in radio if Mr Burns has his way.
