Mandy & Akmal kick off on 107.7 2GO from January 15th from 5:30am – 9am.

Mandy first moved to the Central Coast 10 years ago to work in radio, and spent 8 years at Star 104.5FM. Over the past two years she has taken a break from the airwaves learning how to crotchet and make mulled wine.

With that out of her system, she is pleased to be joining Akmal. Mandy said, “I’m happier than a butcher’s dog to be back with SCA, chatting to Coasties again and starting the day with one of the nicest blokes in Aussie comedy. I can’t wait to hear more about Akmal’s genuine inability to ‘adult’ and have some fun in 2018.”

 Originally immigrating to Australia from Egypt with his family nearly 30 years ago. Akmal said, “I’ve been sleeping in for most of my life, when suddenly I woke up one afternoon and thought I really need to wake up to myself about 5.30am to be exact , so I joined 2GO breakfast .”
