Macquarie Media is set for a big sporting November

Macquarie Sports Radio,  is set to cover every big sports event in the country this month, starting at Flemington racecourse tomorrow with Derby Day, the first of a massive four days of the Spring Carnival including Melbourne Cup Day.

Racing fans will hear all of the Group One races live on Macquarie Sports Radio (954 AM in Sydney, 882 AM in Brisbane, 1278 AM in Melbourne and DAB + in Perth).
 
As soon as the final race concludes tomorrow, Ian Chappell and Julian King will be heard from 6 pm on News Talk stations 2GB, 3AW, and 4BC with their first edition of the ‘The Cricket Show’ for this season, with the headline guest for the first show, Shane Warne.
 
Sunday it’s the first of the three-match Gillette ODI versus South Africa series that will be broadcast live on Macquarie Sports Radio nationally and 6PR in Perth.
 
Former Australian coach, Darren Lehmann will headline the Macquarie Sports Radio Summer of Cricket commentary team alongside Mike Hussey, Tom Moody, Sarah AleyBruce Eva, and Karl Langdon.
