The station has dominated every ratings survey with Joce at the helm over the past six years.

ABC Radio Hobart was recognised by National Resilience Award for its outstanding work during, and after, the devastating 2013 bushfires at Dunalley.

Joce was recently awarded a PhD for research into improving citizen engagement. 

She will be leading a national media literacy project for the ABC in partnership with the University of Tasmania.
