Local boy Alo Baker made the return to his roots this morning taking on a new journey as co-host with Pippa on Dubbo’s Hit93.5 breakfast show.
 
Beginning his radio career in this town, Alo says Dubbo holds a special place in his heart, “I started my radio career on air in Dubbo which kickstarted jobs all over Australia. It also lead to opportunities for me in television from having my own TV show and being part of major Aussie events!”
 
Alo returns to Dubbo from his current gig as a regional national announcer for the Hit Network on the Gold Coast.
 
SCA’s Dubbo General Manager, Brad Jephcott says, “I’m very excited to welcome Alo back to Dubbo and the Central West, he will bring an extra level of creativity and talent to the new Hit 93.5 Breakfast show, Pippa and Alo.”
 
Co-host Pippa says, “What a slice of nice it is to be working with Alo! He’s got bags of talent and we’re both Dubbo locals from way back, so it’s like a really fun homecoming, Pippa and Alo YAGONNALOVEIT!”
