Light FM recognised as one of the best Christian workplaces

Christian community station Light FM in Melbourne has received an award for being among the top Christian workplaces in the world.

The Best Christian Workplaces Institute honored 87 faith-based organizations as Certified Best Christian Workplaces, with Light FM being among four media organisations to receive the recognition. The other three recipients were in the USA.

“These remarkable churches, parachurch ministries, Christian schools, higher education and businesses represent triple the number of Certified organizations since 2012. The increase speaks to the growing trend of ministry organizations building a healthy-to-flourishing culture which, in turn, leads to organizational impact,” said BCWI President Al Lopus, revealing the award recipients.
