Kyle & Jackie O end up with the biggest numbers: Cumes Survey 8

The numbers are in for the end of the year, and Kyle & Jackie O will take the title of having the most listeners into the new year with 667,000 tuning into their breakfast program.

The surprise came in the Melbourne numbers with Fifi Fev & Byron (Fox FM) dropping down  to 5th nationally from 2nd, with Chrissie Sam & Browny (Nova100) Fitzy & Wippa (Nova 969) and Ross & John (3AW) all moving up.

Another surprise was Lucy Smith (triple j) who gained numbers in all markets. Lucy moves onto mornings in 2020, making way for Sally & Erica in January.

Gold 104.3 remains at the top of the overall station numbers with 1.085M, from Nova100 unchanged on 1.069M, KIIS 1065 on 1.068M and Nova 969 on 1.031M.

FoxFM dropped out of the top 4 with 992,000 listeners, just in front of smoothfm 95.3 with 953,000

The departure of Gus Worland could be seen as having a devisating effect on Triple M Sydney and Moonman in the Morning, losing 70,000 listeners and finishing the year with on 261,000 having lost most of the gains made this year.

Meanwhile Jamie Angel‘s Music for Breakfast on 2Day FM added 81,000 listeners.

Kyle & Jackie O still dominate with Fitzy & Wippa still in 2nd, while Jonesy & Amanda picked up 54,000 to move in front of Bogart Torelli & Glenn Daniel,  and Alan Jones holding steady with 434,000.
