Legendary race caller Johnny Tapp could not make it to Darwin this year to call the big one but fortunately (Yay or Neigh) for Darwinian race lovers, Mix1049’s Greg & Ilaria have dabbled in some track commentary in their distinguished careers and have promised to rise to the occasion.
 
Because they’re perfectionists, rather than call the races live, they’ve decided that pre-recording is the best way to go. This way they can eliminate any worrisome uncertainty surrounding the results.
 
Better still they can spice up the drearier aspects of the “Sport of Kings” by including some big names such as, KIMMY K, SOLANGE, BIEBER & MILEY.
 
So, as Greg & Ilaria say, “Giddy up for the 2014 Carlton Mid Darwin Cup Carnival where horses, trainers, owners, punters, race goers, friends and families alike, flock to the Fannie Bay track!”
