In what must rate as this week’s best case of ‘too much information’ from a radio show host, Dave Hughes has revealed he will be wearning a plastic nappy when he appears on stage this weekend in his latest stand up comedy show.

When Hughesy takes to the stage tonight for his comedy show ‘Deluded’ as part of the Adelaide Fringe Festival he says he will feel very comfortable and masculine knowing the safety of his paper undies will get him through the gig securely.

After suffering a severe bout of gastro this week, Hughesy has had shocking issues in the downstairs department overnight and told listeners it reached a new peak overnight.

He aired the dirty secret on the Hughesy & Kate Show this afternoon after his manager tipped off the show’s producer. He told her he was wearing a male nappy on the plane from Melbourne to Adelaide, and continued to wear them through the show.
