Star FM’s Shepparton’s Hayley and Simon held a free 30 minute exercise session at Victoria Park Lake in Shepparton lead by Hayley, who is also a qualified personal trainer. 
 
Hayley: “There’s a lot of pressure in society these days to look, move and eat in a certain way so HHM is all about bringing the happiness into exercise.
 
If you move your body in some way every day that is ticking the box in my books.”
 
Star FM teamed up with one of Shepp’s local gyms Aqua Moves and the Active Living department within Greater Shepparton City Council  to put on the day.
 
Simon says “It was a beautiful morning to sit back with coffee in hand while watching everyone sweat it out and get their body moving for the day. I did try joining in… for a couple of minutes at least!”
 
They had fresh fruit donated, goodie bags and prizes made up for participates, a kids program on the side, positive affirmations for everyone and a coffee van on site.
