Harvey Norman has dominated drive in the last month – Aircheck Survey

During the last four weeks Harvey Norman was the most advertised brand on weekdays between 4pm-7pm with 1,729 spots placed across 46 stations nationwide.

 
According to Aircheck’s Spotlight on Drive, Star 104.5 was out in front with 168 ads during this time.
 
Bridgestone Select took out fourth place, with almost a quarter of all spots scheduled during the drive shift while the supermarket brands Coles, Woolworths and Aldi also dominated the Top 10 aiming to reach listeners wanting to sort out dinner plans.

Cars and Trucks was the most common category during Drive with over 3,700 spots placed with Kia, Mercedes Benz, Nissan and Toyota were the main players contributing to more than 20% of spots within the category.

Melbourne aired the most ads accounting for 21% of Drive spots nationally, Sydney trailed by 644 spots in second place at 20%.
 
Brisbane station Nova1069 aired more spots during the drive shift than any station nationwide with 1,912 spots placed, followed by Smooth 95.3 Sydney airing 1,902 spots.
