Experienced media executive Geoff Hill has joined the Austereo team as Sydney Director of Sales.

There are few executives with Geoff’s depth of expertise across both media sales and management, and we’re looking forward to the contribution he’ll make to the company.”

Hill is already well known within Austereo – he maintained a strong
relationship with the Network as Managing Director of Channel Seven in
both the Sydney and Melbourne markets.

Hill has almost 30 years experience in the Australian media.
His previous roles include Managing Director of Channel Seven in Sydney and
Melbourne, and National Sales Manager with the Seven and Ten Networks.
Geoff has also served as Chairman of the OzTAM board – the national body
responsible for Australian television ratings.

He replaces Chris Parker who was last week appointed Austereo’s
National Client Marketing Director. Geoff Hill will be working closely with Gary
Pert in his new role with a focus on the Melbourne and Sydney market place.
