FOX and Triple M launch inaugural partnership with St Kilda Festival

The annual St Kilda Festival is a foreshore institution with an annual attendance of over 400,000 people, and this year both Fox FM and Triple M will be joint partners for the first time.
 
Taking place this Sunday February 10, the festival will feature seven stages of fantastic free live music along with markets, food stalls, and free activities for all ages with LIVE broadcasts from the  two Melbourne radio stations, The Fox and Triple M.

Triple M will broadcast live from the Rock Lounge located on the Upper Esplanade from 12pm with the Triple M Rock Patrol keeping listeners cool under misting fans with great giveaways on the day.

The Fox will also be pumping the hits live from the Lower Esplanade from 12pm with Fox FM’s Black Thunders onsite with a giant Jenga for listeners to play and score some amazing prizes, there will also be the Fox photo booth for some fun snaps.

St Kilda Festival Producer, Richard Moore, says, “It’s a natural fit, two Number one’s teaming up together for Melbourne’s largest community event. St Kilda Festival is so happy to have both Fox and Triple M on board as official media partners for our 2019 event. After all, we are both in the same business – to promote great Australian music and generate a great summer vibe!”

General Manager of Southern Cross Austereo Melbourne, David Cameron, says “The St Kilda Festival has grown to be so big and iconic now that we decided to have both of our radio stations there to cover the action and help Melbourne party at one of Australia’s biggest festivals.”

The St Kilda festival runs from 10am to 10pm this Sunday on the St Kilda Foreshore.
