Gold Coast Radio king Richard Fowler is joining “The Gold Coasts Own 94.1 FM” 

Since his break up with former employer SCA , Richard’s been taking a long break that included spending family time back in his native New Zealand and a marriage and honeymoon in Europe, Richard has returned to what he loves – radio and his home on the Gold Coast. 

From Monday Richard will be back on Breakfast Radio at 94.1FM weekdays from 5am to 9am, and says he’s really looking forward to getting behind the microphone again. He says he just loves the great variety of music that 94.1FM is becoming so well known for and the relaxed easy going sound of the station. 

94.1 FM CEO, Gary Field said, “Richard’s the perfect fit for our audience and his profile is a huge asset for the station. His addition to our ‘on air’ line up is part of the young station’s growth and development and our number one priority which is to provide listeners with a really great variety of music that no one else plays, along with news information and entertainment.” 

The current breakfast show host Gary Boughen will be taking up the reigns of the Drive show between 3pm and 7pm weekdays from Station Boss Gary Field who says, “Gary Boughen has been with 94.FM for 4 years now and has built up a loyal following of listeners, which we know will continue. Field said “He has truly been an integral part of the success the station.”
