Firefighter from Kirrawee wins Russell Crowe’s Mercedes

Russell Crowe‘s ‘The Art Of Divorce’ auction took place in April, and a few Breakfast radio teams were looking to score some celebrity merchandise.

Nova 969’s Fitzy & Wippa missed out on Crowe’s Gladiator chariot, but The Grill Team’s Matty Johns scored 2001 Mercedes-Benz S500 that was used in Crowe’s 2003 wedding to ex-wife Danielle Spencer.

After discovering that they had no idea what to do with it, The Grill Team decided to give it away, and the Mercedes was won by Triple M listener and firefighter Gavin Sutherland from Kirrawee.
