On Fox FM’s Fifi and Dave breakfast show this morning, co-host Fifi Box sweated up a storm during a 50-minute spin class in studio and live on air. Despite feeling the burn, Fifi huffed and puffed her way through the session by shouting motivational quotes and words of wisdom at lucky callers.

However, this morning’s session was just a taste of the action that will go down tomorrow morning, when Fifi finally lives out her dream of hosting her very own spin class at 11am. Complete with a Madonna-style mic, Fifi will lead a class of serious spin addicts.
