Radio station Zinc 100.7 welcomes Big Brother favourite, Jess Hardy to the Breakfast timeslot starting Monday.

 Jess made it to the final 4 in season 2 of Big Brother in 2002 and is best remembered for her romance with fellow contestant Marty.
 
Since then she’s been a familiar face on television with guest spots on The Panel, GMA with Bert Newton and various projects on Foxtel along with a radio career that’s taken her around the country including a stint at Nova 100 Melbourne.
 
Joining her is New Zealand radio veteran Vinnie Aston who has worked for The Rock, More FM Tauranga among others throughout his 22 year career. This is his first radio gig in Australia.
 
Immersing themselves in the North Queensland lifestyle for the past few weeks, Vinnie and Jess are excited to now call Townsville home.
 
“We just love Townsville and everyone has made us feel so welcome. For me, I’m really looking forward to spending some quality time basking in the sunshine,” says Vinnie.
 
Making way for Vinnie and Jess is long-time Breakfast host Karina Bennett who is moving to mornings and relishing the opportunity for a sleep in after many years of Breakfast radio.
